Hi, I’m Amanda – I’ve walked the journey.
I can help you with yours.
My story
For most of my life, I was someone who appeared capable, resilient, and “fine.” I was good at coping. Good at carrying responsibility. Good at pushing through difficult seasons without slowing down long enough to ask myself how I was really doing.
But underneath that, I often felt anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from myself and exhausted from constantly trying to manage everything perfectly. I spent years believing that if I could just think differently, stay positive enough or keep achieving, things would eventually feel easier internally. They didn’t.
I tried all the things many people try – staying busy, staying productive, over-thinking my way through problems, focusing on everyone else first. On the outside, life kept moving. Internally, I felt increasingly disconnected from myself.
The biggest shift came when I stopped trying to “fix” myself and started learning how to listen to myself. I began understanding how much of my life had been driven by fear, pressure, perfectionism and old survival patterns. For the first time, I learned how to sit with emotions instead of fighting them, how to stop abandoning myself and how to create safety internally rather than constantly searching for it externally.
That work changed everything. It changed the way I think, the way I relate to people, the way I handle stress and the way I move through life. Most importantly, it gave me a deeper sense of self-trust and peace than I had ever experienced before.
Becoming a coach felt like a natural extension of that journey. I know how lonely it can feel when you’re overwhelmed, stuck in your head or quietly struggling while still functioning on the outside. I also know how powerful it is to feel truly seen, supported and understood. That’s the space I aim to create for every person I work with.
How I coach
My approach blends professional training with lived experience. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest with themselves – not when they’re trying to perform, perfect or push harder.
I don’t give advice or tell you what to do. My role is to help you hear yourself more clearly, understand your patterns, and create change that feels grounded and sustainable.

The moment you take full responsibility, is the moment you take your power back.

Amanda’s ability to guide with a gentle hand was fantastic.
Her neutral stance was helpful for me to deal with emotional situations where I needed to step back and look at the bigger picture.
Focusing on recent events helped me to shift my approach to life moving forward as
I could see changes happening in real time thanks to her guidance.
